one drop and a cracked screen

It did not protect my new iphone14!!.I purchased this thinking it would keep my phone from getting damaged but unfortunately it just took one drop from about 2 feet on to a wooden floor to cause a crack right down the middle of the screen ..Im so sorry I gave up my Kyocera dura force that never got damaged no matter how many times it was dropped thru the years or whatever it was dropped on.. I rated this one star for its comfortable feel and grip.

Go-to case

Otterbox was recommended to me in Los Angeles long ago. The Defender Series is my go-to and my wife demanded I buy her one, too. Be sure to order what you want from the website rather than risk what’s available in store. My wife wanted purple but Otterbox only had a cool pink on hand, shame on them.

old design limits functionality

Case is fine but I wish you'd made a new case for the 16e. hiding the multi-function button behind a flap was fine when it was a switch, but now that it's a programmable button I'd like to be able to hit it any time to pull up the camera or whatever, but instead its a process to get to it which makes it a lot less useful.
