Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it

Excellent Paring Knife
It's the perfect size for cutting veggies for Salads and salsa. Very nice and sharp. The handle fit just right.

Great paring knife!
This knife is perfect for peeling and chopping anything that doesn't require a larger knife. It is very sharp and has remained so in the few weeks I have had it. I like the feel of the handle and the 4" size- perfect for multiple cutting tasks in the kitchen. My new go to knife!
