Suprising Lack of Quality

I have purchased many Hotel Collection towel, sheets over the years and have always been satisfied. Thus, I was completely surprised when the rugs disintegrated during the first wash. I would have expected this from a less expensive collection, but not the Hotel Collection. I regret my purchase.

Excellent Bath Rug

This bath rug is reversible 100% cotton. Soft to the touch. I got white to give bathroom a spa feel. Will buy again

Awful quality for the price

Started to fall apart after the very first wash despite carefully following care instructions. After a second wash, it is no longer plush and soft. It feels worn the way you would expect something to feel after it had been washed 50 times, not 2.

Great!

We have a few bath rugs of different kinds and this is my very favorite. It has washed well and is a great thickness. I wish that they made matching towels in the "cloud" color too!
